Good points. I’ve had candidates tick in person and apply when they were only willing to be remote 

Coming from an advertising background, this system seems chock full of the hiring equivalent of click fraud

The filter questions dont help either because everyone just says yes and in most cases even if they so no it still counts as an application i think?

This adds even more anxiety on the job search. You HAVE to be early if the employer doesn’t pay for extra applicants? That’s wild and sad. Time to cold email HR and ask if they’re hiring 😭
