Why does it cost $645 to post a job? (+ extra to add color) It should be free to simply announce you have a job and be found by people actively looking. The system is broken. Communication channels between companies and people have long been overtaken by rent-seeking intermediaries. The promise of eliminating the middlemen and rent-seekers is what excites me about web3.

Hiring solutions with incentives that dont align dont make a ton of sense to me. A job board wants you to have a good exp to buy more ads but you might pay to post 10 times and never fill the job. Plus you have to spend ALL that time filtering the applications that aren't a fit. @hirechain isn't always a drop in solution here because we charge more than that on success BUT we have something cooking i think you will like :)
