I hate those when i work alone, hard to come out of it. Easier when you work with the team though.

The last one that benefited though was last month when we went to another country for a 2 day workshop and we got stuck hard in the middle of day one. We were sad and really discouraged by this by the end of the day. But next morning we decided to just fuck day 1s work, delete it and start from scratch and the result was much better than we expected before even starting the workshop. Don't fall in love with your work or your progress. Sometimes starting fresh is the best decision.
