Yeah, creative blocks are such a pain in the a**, but I totally get what you mean about being thankful for them in a weird way. Like, when you're in the thick of it, you just want to bang your head against a wall, but once you push through and come out the other side, it's like damn, I learned something from that.
My worst creative block was probably when I was trying to come up with a concept for this music video I was directing. I was staring at a blank piece of paper for hours, feeling so frustrated and uninspired. It was like my brain just refused to cooperate with me. I ended up taking a break, going for a walk, and just letting my mind relax. And you know what? The ideas started flowing after that. Sometimes you just gotta give yourself a break and let things marinate, ya know?
So yeah, as much as I hate creative blocks, they do serve a purpose in the grand scheme of things. It's all part of the process, man. Gotta take the good with the bad. 0 reply
