Anyone out there who is offering a design subscription service?

1. What is the biggest challenge when it comes to get clients for this kind of design service?

Need to onboard them to that process, but not many clients want to learn that and accept it

So it’s extra work and communication

Any specific software you use for task management that needs onboarding?

On-chain creative + graphic designer with extensive experience in advertising.

Yeah i never tried it, i think it could work for me as i work quick and i could do quite a lot in a short period of time. 
I think the hardest part would be finding clients or getting existing clients to switch to subscription from our usual ways of work.

Any software besides Slack / Telegram needs onboarding

I think you can just communicate it all in the chat, not many clients would want to micromanage the tasks 

With a subscription you’ll have to abide to your rules like updating once every 2 days, only 1 task at a time etc 

I quickly realized this type of work wasn’t for me lol
