Lessons: [1] Biggest rewards for us have been project based learning, pouring gasoline on the fire coming from what our kids are most interested in; [2] Homeschool does not mean you need to emulate a school

Advice cont'd: [5] Kids can still connect w/ after traditional school clubs/sports to socialize and participate in extracurriculars [6] Empathy, following a passion and being able to teach yourself to learn something you're interested in without giving up more important than a "grade" or book smarts
