Some of this post is a bit cringe, but it's a really solid /hybrid-athlete training plan for a marathon build. I was looking for something similar so I can maintain my strength whilst also training for a triathlon. The main thing I am struggling with at the minute is doing it all whilst working full time and not completely messing up my sleep. I’m starting to think maybe there isn’t enough hours in the day

time is definitely the limiting factor. I don't have kids yet so my schedule is a bit more flexible. I generally do my runs at 7am and lift in the evening around 5pm.
