do you stretch after working out? here are some of my fave post workout stretches give these a try after gym or a run hold each one for 20/30 seconds each 1. forward bend 2. kneeling lunge 3. butterfly stretch 4. hurdle stretch - lean forward + side 5. figure 4 stretch 6. yogi stretch have a restful sunday! π

No where near enough. I am so tight at the minute. My days are pretty packed and workouts are only an hourish so I have to chose between shorter workout or stretching π¬

I get you! though even a quick 5 min stretch can make a difference i get so sore the next day if i donβt stretchππ
