i gained 17 pounds of muscle and lost 20 pounds of fat in 4 months without lifting weights or cardio and simply following vegan diet with intermittent fasting attia is wrong about tre and animal products research shows it, as well as anecdotal evidence the trick is that i eat 100g of protein per day

when I was vegan, fasting 16hrs a day, going to the gym and eating 50g of protein a day I gained very close to 0 pounds of muscle. Who will be the first to replicate @warpcastadmin.ethβs extraordinary claims?

from my experience there is a *huge* difference between 50g of protein per day and 100g+ i also did 50g for a long time and also didn't gain anything

What are your protein sources? I've been less interested in meat lately but find that my energy levels are noticably lower without it

blog.borodutch.com/ai-chef-designs-my-vegan-meal-plan add ~30g of protein from additional peanuts and this is it :) lack of protein leads to low energy 100%, only when i got to 100g/day did i start to truly live
