i gained 17 pounds of muscle and lost 20 pounds of fat in 4 months without lifting weights or cardio and simply following vegan diet with intermittent fasting attia is wrong about tre and animal products research shows it, as well as anecdotal evidence the trick is that i eat 100g of protein per day

when I was vegan, fasting 16hrs a day, going to the gym and eating 50g of protein a day I gained very close to 0 pounds of muscle. Who will be the first to replicate @warpcastadmin.eth’s extraordinary claims?

also, as for going to the gym πŸ˜… when you don't have enough building blocks (i.e., amino-acids) your body may use your lean mass as fuel (before shredding fat) that's why calorie deficit and gym don't mix well

from my experience there is a *huge* difference between 50g of protein per day and 100g+ i also did 50g for a long time and also didn't gain anything
