gm, animal protein is just 0.01% better at building muscle mass than plant protein, according to a meta-analysis from 2021 for most people the source of protein doesn't matter for building and maintaining muscle mass https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7926405/

Yeah I'm aware eating meat has a 19% higher chance of death ! Organ meats are packed with vitamin a,b,c,d, e,k, iron, magnesium, zinc, pottasium, selenium and more. It's arguably one of nature's most nutrient dense foods out there

Indeed. The one thing I'd argue against it is certain vitamins that you'd need to supplement when going all vegan is not as bioavailable as the actual complex found in meats. For nutritional purposes flexitarians are king imo.

what are these "certain vitamins"? because if you give me a name of a vitamin, i can find you a scientific or medical reference proving that plant diet has enough of this vitamin if the diet is balanced do you know why i can do this? because there are no vitamin/nutrient deficiencies in a balanced vegan diet

I'm not arguing against a balanced vegan diet in modern day. Its possible with supplements. My model for good diets is mainly bases on ancestral populations where they didn't have access to synthetic vitamins and didn't have modern day supply chains. They all had meat and seafood in their diets as well as veggies!
