gm, animal protein is just 0.01% better at building muscle mass than plant protein, according to a meta-analysis from 2021 for most people the source of protein doesn't matter for building and maintaining muscle mass https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7926405/

Yeah I'm aware eating meat has a 19% higher chance of death ! Organ meats are packed with vitamin a,b,c,d, e,k, iron, magnesium, zinc, pottasium, selenium and more. It's arguably one of nature's most nutrient dense foods out there

Indeed. The one thing I'd argue against it is certain vitamins that you'd need to supplement when going all vegan is not as bioavailable as the actual complex found in meats. For nutritional purposes flexitarians are king imo.

also, this is a *medical* question, there should be no "imo" or opinions in general we have enough data and science to live healthy and not die prematurely from preventable diseases base your opinions on facts, research, statistics or data, otherwise you will make wrong choices more often than right ones

Well, the thing with science is that it changes. Absolutism , (apart from a few axioms in math- even then it can be challenged) spells stagnation. Anyway-- I make decisions based on science and my eating preference. And it shows, Nutrient density wise, there's nothing in nature that comes close to organ meats.
