Sometimes I think about how when Dr.Dre would want to hear how an album sounded he’d bump it in his car - because that’s where a lot of people listened to music

It is pretty clear that Bitcoin as a blockchain is a colossal waste of energy. As BTC custody continues centralizing to a few ETFs, CEXs, institutions, in the long term >50% of BTC will be held by a handful of organisations Might as well just cancel PoW and move to PoA at that point. It would actually be *more decentralized* as PoW will inevitably centralize over to a handful of industrial players and pools due to crippling economies of scale. Plus, it'll solve the security budget problem. As before, the full nodes will be there as the last line of defence irrespective The only thing matters for BTC is it remains a speculative store-of-value, doesn't matter the mechanism to achieve that https://x.com/i/trending/1885868663116296256

There's a wealth of potential to boost the economy by expanding the space ecosystem—exploring the moon, Mars, asteroids, space tourism, and even computing advantages. I'm really optimistic about the future of space! 🚀

The future of crypto is mobile-first Farcaster has understood this by prioritizing mobile experiences from the start. I'm also very interested to see how Blast, Telegram and Worldcoin continue to develop their ecosystems with a mobile-first approach. More teams in crypto should be developing with a mobile-first approach https://x.com/0x_ultra/status/1882724727795621908

https://ericmigi.com/blog/why-were-bringing-pebble-back " No one makes a smartwatch with the core set of features I want: Always-on e-paper screen (it’s reflective rather than emissive. Sunlight readable. Glanceable. Not distracting to others like a bright wrist) Long battery life (one less thing to charge. It’s annoying to need extra cables when traveling) Simple and beautiful user experience around a core set of features I use regularly (telling time, notifications, music control, alarms, weather, calendar, sleep/step tracking) Buttons! (to play/pause/skip music on my phone without looking at the screen) Hackable (apparently you can’t even write your own watchfaces for Apple Watch? That is wild. There were >16k watchfaces on the Pebble appstore!)"
