For those who code, how long did it take before it started to find its way your dreams?

I started coding when I was 7 or 8? Hard to remember, but it quickly consumed everything about my life

Two years into studying CS engineering, I started dreaming in code My dreams were the same types of dreams I’d always had. But somehow the thinking was in C++? As if I was reasoning in the logical structure of the language. I’m not sure how to explain it, lol. And at this point, I don’t remember enough about C++ (or coding in general) to be able to give an example It was the last straw for me, having already been having a rough time in that major. So I changed my major soon after that 😂 But wow, I’d love to know if anyone else has had this experience. Because any time I’ve tried to tell this to someone they look at me like I’m absolutely nuts

When the first production smart contract that I worked on reached 1m USD TVL I regularly had nightmares about the contract having a bug. I'd wake up at 3am sweating and could only go back to sleep after I looked at the code.

First week. Any time I spend over 9 hours a day doing something it only takes a week to start dreaming it
