should we add a condition where a noun has to season for at least 6 months before it is able to join the fork? shouldn't really harm honest minority protection.

The truth here is that either way ultimately the exit protection is self-invalidating under v3. It has to be constrained, either through vesting, caps, burn, wev, until it’s a rounding error. Fwiw, a 6 mo vest is nowhere enough to mitigate the option value on its own if historical Noun spending rate is used.
