In the sense that you’d like it not that you might need therapy because of what you shared haha

The un-certainty to me means undoing certainty which in itself is so ripe with excitement since you could unlearn but also unravel, unwind and also become unafraid

just reflecting that "unraveling" is nearly always bad valence — but "unwinding" can be good or bad

Let’s not cushion ourselves though! I’ve unravelled many times - pain is to be felt. You’re risking nannying ourselves into anything that’s *icky* is bad - being fully whole is embracing the gory parts hidden in the depth as well as the loving lovely smelling blooms of joy

but what if i want to be an emotionally stunted being walled off behind impenetrable barriers
