This could be part of the premium @super plan: Connect an RSS feed, cast when new entry. Even further: format the cast template (like "%title %abstr %image).

Beware: Regularly polling RSS feeds can easily become extremely resource-demanding, but (I guess) it's relatively  easy to try an MVP and see if there's demand for this.

Yes, polling 100s of feeds every X minutes is a pain because each HTTP request takes a fixed amount of time, sometimes too long and the locked resources add up. I think I still use @julien51.eth's "sub-to-me"  subscription widget for my blog ;-)

You mean like if 1000s of people hook up their feeds for cross posting? Sure. Also file under “good problem to have”

@julien51.eth knows a thing or two about this ;)
