Have you tried gyrotonic? Itโ€™s not as much a workout as it is spinal expansion / mobility but I love it for my posture

Itโ€™s close but less about the workout, and the motions are more like tai chi meets swimming meets dancing but on a machine with pullies instead of spring-based resistance
