do you sleep with a wearable to track your sleep? i'm excited to take my watch off at the end of the night, and thinking about putting it back on, or wearing one 24 hours is slightly daunting

I did for awhile, then realized the biofeedback was useless. Yes, I sleep poorly. No, I can't fix it. Stop bothering me about it.

No, I sleep on a tracker itself - EightSleep 😄I stopped tracking the data itself (it's sometimes really wonky too), just using the mattress for the temperature control.

I’ve been wearing my Apple Watch the last 5 days and it has been out of battery all those days, not sure why.

I wear a Samsung watch 5 and track my sleep with Samsung health. It's been extremely helpful, although it took a bit to get used to wearing a watch to bed.

I have been using a Fitbit for almost 2 months now, also wearing it to bed. It is much better and precise sleep tracker than my phone

I use an Apple Watch and the sleep monitoring motivates me to go to bed earlier.

Hence, Oura ring. I can't stand anything around my wrist — day or night.

I prefer to be 100% naked when sleeping. After 1 year of 24/7 tracking I learned sleeping data does not provide me with much value.

I used a Whoop for 30 days then returned it. I got used to it while sleeping but the metrics & tracking seemed off for me

I use an apple watch & sleep ruse app. I have the mini watch (41), so I barely notice it.

I like the Oura rings. Less in your face than a watch and the trend data can be helpful for adjusting your sleep routine.

I use an Oura ring. Like you I have a watch and use it to record workouts, but then track sleep with oura ring.

I tried an oura, and found it to be completely inaccurate (I’d be up for 2 hours and it would not detect it). Had a whoop for a while, but didn’t find it very accurate or useful either. My Apple Watch seems to be the most accurate, but my favorite part is the gentle alarm.
