Yesterday I went to a concert of a small French band. The music is not mainstream and they told an interesting story. An experienced music expert told the band that they should change their musical direction more towards mainstream music.

Moore's law vs Eroom's law (e/acc vs decels)

[Until a few years ago, I didn't even know that there was such a thing as the opposite of Moore's Law.]

Having seen a lot of crypto founders as an investor, some common pitfalls I'm trying to be careful of

- raised too much, lost sense of urgency
- grew team too large, lost focus
- ego caught up in speaking events and vanity metrics
- nerd sniped into building fun things
- waiting too long to launch / release feature

I once made this exact mistake in one of my startups. I was so obsessed with the technology that I built things into my code that didn't add any real value to the customer.
It took me away from the important things for far too long.
