i want to nail the perfect sleep routine for when i start training again in november here is what im thinking so far ā†’ comfy bedding / pillows (any excuse to buy fresh bedding lol) ā†’ dark room/eye mask + ear plugs ā†’ magnesium before bed ā†’ no phone 1 hour before sleeping ā†’ electronics out of the room is there any other suggestions/findings you recommend?

thankyou Victor! sleeping with a blanket is a good one! i have a super thick duvet so i will need to learn to be ok with not being a toasty cinnamon roll whilst sleeping hahaha
