@ncitron.eth recommended The Three-Body Problem by Cixin Liu. Just started and I'm hooked. Do yourself a favor and get this book ASAP, you won't be able to drag yourself away.

I've heard so to. I'm not there yet, still finishing up the first-- busy week. Staying away from the Netflix series until I've had a chance to read all three.

Great book, and I've heard the second book in the series is the best one (still have yet to pick it up tho)

About 2/3 through first book, trying to finish before Netflix series starts Thursday.
