If you could add one thing to channels—what would it be and why?

make inviting easier. i get like 100 dms per week asking me to invite them to the channel and the flow is so annoying. i want to invite directly from DM, probably with a dropdown list for the channels i own sorted by most recently invited

This points to an opportunity for in-DC apps, like frames but private 1:1 or 1:n

Public frames are fine for rapid distribution, but private frames functionality is where a real economy begins to emerge
