There’s so many “grant” and “bounty” programs these days in cryptoland I have to wonder if they’re all administered well.

I found administering the summer of protocols program quite challenging and did just about ok I think. B+ perhaps. Which makes me think a lot of programs must be doing C/D/F grade admin

There is literally grant/ funding wars akin to Curve wars both among the builders/ enablers of these systems, and the receiving end. 

I am usually sceptic of funding processes but "cluster mapping/ matching", & "cradle-to-unicorn" stuff are on my to-read list these days:

Using SoP as a reference, Median is probably a D, top quartile clusters around B, bottom is all F, and absolute best is probably A-
