The test of a hotel is its pillow selection. All North American hotels seem to fail badly. Their range is ultrasoft to whipped cream. And with an area of 3 square kilometers Sometimes I use a rolled up towel instead. This might be one of those Asia understands hard, firm pillows.

Depends on how you sleep imo Hard pillows are better if you sleep on your back or side, as your neck needs more support Soft pillows are better if you sleep on your front, as your head only needs a small amount of uplift from the mattress thanks for coming to my ted talk

Funny enough, I travel around Asia all the time for work and complain about the pillows filled with concrete and so thick you could sit on them and your feet wouldn’t touch the mattress

I swear by the Storm 3.0 pillow by Bedgear — much firmer than a hotel pillow, super breathable

That's why I always take a special orthopedic pillow with me on the road. The health of my neck is very important
