I didn’t hug my tree, but we had a conversation and I cried a bit. I didn’t realize I needed that. watching her change the shade of her leaves in preparation for winters slumber had me in my feels. 🫶🥰

today has been interesting already. woke up exactly on time to push my limits. I didn’t set my alarms. and it’s a very important day! (this was not consciously intentional btw 😅) and yet! I woke up, made breakfast for the kiddo, meditated while he was eating (DAY 3?! 🤩🎉) got him to school, came home, took the trash out, and am now about to jump in the shower. I think I’m learning how to trust myself. after being late-diagnosed with autism and adhd, I definitely thought I’d never get to this point. but here I am! 🫶 we can do hard things. and they don’t get easier, we get more capable.
