avoiding doing my morning journaling by casting. so why not combine the two? 

this is how I start my journaling. using the framework crafted by @thecurioushermit and adapted to me. 

monday is my “nourish” day. I’m not particularly great at that skill which is why I have it in my daily rotation for the week. 🫶

I’ve been journaling over a year now, but I have fallen off a bit this past month with too many overlapping issues all at the same time. time to get back on track. 🫶
