avoiding doing my morning journaling by casting. so why not combine the two? this is how I start my journaling. using the framework crafted by @thecurioushermit and adapted to me. monday is my “nourish” day. I’m not particularly great at that skill which is why I have it in my daily rotation for the week. 🫶

Love the word you chose and also the color coding! Hehe Nourishing can take so many different forms… journaling can be the beginning of a new one! Congrats on sticking to it, and combining it with casting. What are the other words you added to your rotation?

thank you Brunni! 🥰 color coding gives me the dopamine! I’ve been journaling over a year now, but I have fallen off a bit this past month with too many overlapping issues all at the same time. time to get back on track. 🫶 and my other daily words are empower, ignite, integrate, cultivate, anchor, and passion. 💖
