Some flows are unfortunately reaching capacity Once the minimum salary is reached, no new applicants can be accepted. As a curator, it's your job to challenge any applications that go below this, but we've disabled it in the UI as well :)

How does that work..down vote the weakest submission? It's too early to vote people off since no one has had a chance to make progress. What is your suggestion?

I think we should challenge the new applications that would decrease everyone’s budget below the minimum, and give the current flows the chance to produce results. If a certain flow doesn’t get updated or stops meeting requirements then we can delete it and make space for new applicants.
