Once the minimum salary is reached, no new applicants can be accepted. 

As a curator, it's your job to challenge any applications that go below this, but we've disabled it in the UI as well :)

How does that work..down vote the weakest submission? It's too early to vote people off since no one has had a chance to make progress. What is your suggestion?

I think we should challenge the new applications that would decrease everyone’s budget below the minimum, and give the current flows the chance to produce results.

If a certain flow doesn’t get updated or stops meeting requirements then we can delete it and make space for new applicants.

it's fine if we're at capacity but the flow wont accept new grants in that case

Could we add a "sacrifice" to make room for a new grant option? Like...let's say I am getting a couple of valid grants, if I wanted to let go of one of make room for someone else, would I be penalized using the current system?
