Startup Idea: Farcaster Payouts 

US companies want to make onchain payments but need to meet compliance requirements. We do our grants through Github because doing the 1099's ourself is a pain. 

- Take a list of fids and payment input onchain
- Make payouts to fids and issue 1099s (use stripe connect payouts)

Why Farcaster IDs instead of Eth addresses? 

- Easy for the payee to find and input usernames
- You can ping users on Farcaster and tell them theres a payout waiting
- You can manage users rolling wallet addresses, and avoiding re-KYC

something we want to support with splits.org/teams! fc name resolution is already live
