we've run a bunch of experiments, and cross posting never really works. you have to post something unique and engage with your audience here for it to work. for better or for worse.

hmmm, i think it is actually alright to post the same content at the beginning especially if it's informative or insightful in nature. there's no other way to find your voice and learn what works and what doesn't. agree the key is engaging with the audience authentically.

I don’t mind cross posting. But I hated that experiment where some popular accounts cross posted from Twitter to here and weren’t really here. Felt like taking to a wall and it was awful. I don’t mind if people post content in more than one place. I’m only here. I won’t even notice. But if you never come back and chat with us, I will notice.
