@july @toadyhawk.eth Pretty sure there are many that I follow, who are active and I do not see them at all. A week back it was @mazmhussain for me. But that got fixed automatically now - perhaps because of me hitting like on a cast or two of his.

I follow heaps of people so it might be due to that, yet yesterday I saw a @m00npapi.eth auction on Moxie and was like what happened to him, did he romance another unlonely guest and run off into the sunset? Hadn’t seen a post in ages, so I checked his profile - still active just never pops up on the feed. Also @July as noted by others.

I’ve had to turn on notifications for a long folks. I started Farcaster on US time, then spent months in Japan, then came back to the U.S. The algo doesn’t realize that I don’t interact with my friends post immediately sometimes because I’m sleeping and the posts are “stale” but they are new to me even if they are 8-10 hours old. I may be an edge case. But now I rarely see my Japan friends like @renstern.eth because we are on different time zones.

Honestly I have given up on the home feed rarily anyone I follow show up there. I have my notifications on for some and even that doesn't work at times. It’s pretty borked I look for tags if they come through which isn't all the time as well. Then scan the channels I run. (also this is without the use of narrow casting)
