/nook now supports token info!

- View user token balances
- View token charts, holder info, and activity
- View holders on FC / your following

Improvements:
- Added created NFTs section
- Redesigned transaction feed
- Easier navigation between txs, tokens, collectibles, and users 

In progress:
- submit transactions

We mentioned at Farcon that /nook is becoming more onchain, now we have:
- Transaction feeds
- Collectibles (NFTs)
- Tokens (ERC20s)
