/nook now supports token info!

- View user token balances
- View token charts, holder info, and activity
- View holders on FC / your following

Improvements:
- Added created NFTs section
- Redesigned transaction feed
- Easier navigation between txs, tokens, collectibles, and users 

In progress:
- submit transactions

We mentioned at Farcon that /nook is becoming more onchain, now we have:
- Transaction feeds
- Collectibles (NFTs)
- Tokens (ERC20s)

How many NFT's show up in the collectables tab?  i hit the end and it wasnt showing everything (there is a TON of stuff in that wallet)

Just doing my part to bump bookmarks up the cue. The differentiator would hopefully be for a way to tag casts so you can filter them for easier retrieval. Thats the dream anyway.
