fettuccine and farfalle, rolled to 1mm 65% semolina flour, 45% grade 00 AP flour, eggs, beets I did the lazy way of folding farfalle with just a middle pinch and the bows collapsed while boiling - do it the proper way if you want them to hold the bow shape
