FWIW, I disconnected Twitter from Warpcast and all other connections between other socials. I don’t know how much this does for me but feels better 

I also deleted TikTok which hurt. 

Really gearing up to delete my X but that’s going to be hardest.

I quit fb and ig in 2018 or 2019. Easy.  Twitter is hard because I’ve been on it the longest and it’s my connection to the people I genuinely enjoyed on the other platforms. 

But it’s getting easier to imagine life without it. Have to sift through so much trash to get what I want out of it

Quit a year ago, it was fine. 

Quit fb in 2019, it was fine.

The only reason I still have X is Spaces. I’d love to find another social audio platform with some traction

Did the X bit 6 months ago or so and I’m way healthier 😄
