How do you maximize for retention and engagement over just fluffing numbers with short term incentives? Thinking in terms of focusing on building valuable contribution growth, not just metrics based focus. GMs are great, but how to go deeper and get ppl truly engaged?

Love this Q. The answer is simple, by solving a real problem people experience. You either solve a problem they have frequently (daily) or a pain that's really, really deep.
