Might be showing my age here but did any of you guys ever come into contact with HOLOCRACY. Very bizarre times in business culture but the pendulum does swing.....someone could bring it back https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holacracy

Not only do I remember it, I remember trying to talk people and teams out of implementing it. Foremost, especially large, organizations it it’s just not compatible. That said, there’s a group called the ready, and a book called brave new work, that talk about a version of this that, in certain ways, can be really helpful for teams of almost any size. Like any group project, it’s fundamentally dependent on the kind of people you have. Humans aren’t as fungible as it seems to some.
