I’m about to embark on 100’s of customer interviews What are your key tactics to get the most out of these?

• Start by understanding their context outside of whatever context you’re interested in (so you know how your conversation fit in their larger picture). • If you can, get a photo of each person to jog your memory later. • Preserve time in between interviews to summarize and digest each one • Capture notable quotations, observations, & insights as you go • Capture in one place (e.g., Notion) and synthesize in another (e.g., Miro) • Make sure you’re recording (I haven’t done a ton of ai-first analysis. I didn’t totally trust it yet and it can be expensive. Might be worth it for that many people.)

Real answers... Love this I do like the pictures because I'm a visual learner. That would definitely help. 100 $degen
