I've never used Figma. Am I missing out? We're a team of 3 @paragraph and don't yet have any robust design system; but Tailwind and our internal reusable components have let us go far and ship quickly.

It’s good for feedback & prototyping, but it sounds like you don’t need it for maintaining a design system. We’ve used Figma + Storybook to connect design & dev, so the latter *might* be helpful. It might be worth looking into how Linear has grown nimbly like this, too.
