Would a mass re-distribution of $Higher from whales to new wallets or active community members increase or decrease the price in the medium term?

Not saying we shouldn’t, but I’m not sure anything in the current climate incentivizes anything but selling.

I think that’s a good way to go about it and rewarding participation especially at the lows is a good approach. 

I don’t know how it changes price structure or incentives, though. 

That said, if a distribution will improve the higher surface area and positioning long-term, then it might be worth it as @clfx.eth says. 

Price action and engagement are two different outcomes. Sometimes the same strategy applies to both; when they conflict, you have to decide where the commitment and principle lies.

the price of engagement and network activity. worth it imo
