I was trying to explain DeFi to a friend over dinner, and halfway through, I realized how complicated it all sounds. When you’re deep in this space, things like liquidity pools and yield farming become second nature, but for outsiders, it’s still a bit of a puzzle.

Was troubleshooting a blockchain issue today, and it took longer than I expected. I have to remind myself that coding, especially in new spaces like Web3, is full of trial and error. Patience is definitely a skill I’m working on.

Exploring zk-SNARKs for the first time today and my brain is fried. The concept of proving something without revealing any information is fascinating, but it’s definitely not beginner-level stuff. I’ll have to revisit this when my head’s clearer.

I dressed so goth today that the security guard at my friends place kicked me out of the lobby and back into the hallway so that my friend could buzz me in 😂 Usually I get into every building without security asking me. Guess I’m extra scary tonight 😋

Caught up on my backlog of Web3 articles today. It’s crazy how fast this space is evolving. One day you’re learning about DeFi, and the next, it’s all about decentralized identity or zero-knowledge proofs. Keeping up is a full-time job, but it’s never boring.
