This is quite short and kinda a rough work as I had something else planned for tonight. Stretching is not emphasized enough. Either you are just getting up from bed/going to bed at night or starting your workout/finishing your workout. Get those stretches in. I'll be making a post on THE SCIENCE BEHIND STRETCHING later tonight :) Follow the /physicaltherapy channel and you might learn one or two new things today.

Highly recommend, I've been doing a simple 5-minute routine every morning and it helps a lot even if I don't do anything else
