is anyone building the web3 vertical video platform? when I first came into Warpcast, it was actually because of Drakula. my friend @evanmann was killing it—getting views, even "grants" from the Drakula team. I got curious, jumped in, and ended up making friends like @plantsnft & @pichi who were also posting on both Drakula and Warpcast. plus, I needed a Farcaster account to log in back then (thankful for that, honestly) so i made one and here we are. but now? I don’t even want to post on Drakula anymore. imo--they had something, but they lost it. where’s the shortform vertical video scene for web3? is there a space for that anywhere? I’ve seen @streamm, but they seem more about live streaming. Warpcast video posting is decent, but not everyone has access to that feature yet, 👀 what else is out there? let me know—I’m looking for a Drakula alternative and just wanna talk video 🏴‍☠️🤘

Hey @torii-stories You can use @streamm for video uploads and exploration. The platform offers various sections, including a "For You" tab with videos matched to your FID, a trending videos section, videos from your followers, and videos organized by channel 👍

Commenting so I can keep track of this thread. When I post natively to Farcaster, the videos don’t seem to do as well, but maybe that’s just a sign of who’s here now. I really liked Drakula when it first arrived but it’s still not connected enough to my Farcaster feed and the algo never liked me enough.

I was really pumped for Drakula when it first came out. Haven't used it a bit so not sure whats going on there. Streamm is cool and theyre doing a lot of experimenting but its still very new. Unfortunately, I think the best solution rn is posting to tradmedia platforms like YouTube and TikTok and linking here. Hoping that changes soon.

I’m using @rodeodotclub as my new Drakula. Posting videos there.. not looking for mints but instead a simple way to get “advertising” for my goals because that’s where lots of people now are. It cross posts to farcaster too which is nice
