baked 4 sweet potatoes yesterday. boddler (baby toddler) is refusing. any ideas on how to gussy them up? (either for boddler or adult consumption) maybe gonna try some sort of patty with stuff she likes in it (cheese and beans), lighten it up with some eggs or a panade of sorts, cuz they’re a bit dense and gummy

For mine it was form factor. Crinkle cutter and stick them in the airfryer and they become more fun to eat as fries

funnily enough, baked sweet potato is what we use to patty with other stuff how old nowadays?

I know for my kid it’s all about shapes/different consistency, crinkle cuts, cubes, fried vs boiled vs baked. And not giving up, my kid hates avocado for months, we kept offering it to her cuz no kid of mine cannot like avocado. After 5+ months of trying she eats them now everyday and begs for it 🤣
