If KFC launched today, it would be dismissed as a low-effort ghost kitchen with mid-seasoned chicken and an underwhelming app experience. The only thing keeping it alive is nostalgia and a 1950s supply chain advantage.

It sucks in the US and Europe but I have heard it is amazing in Asia (China and Japan specifically)
