Getting annoyed at other people's entitlements has caused me to reflect on my own entitlements. You are not entitled to a single thing in this life. Not health nor wealth nor happiness. I think a lot of unhappiness is downstream of the mistaken belief that you deserve something you aren't getting

All of this stems from inequality. You're missing an essential part of the puzzle. Without inequality there would be no entitlement, justified or otherwise.
