Airlines barely break even usually on business class or first class

They usually lose money on economy

These days they mostly make their money on premium economy and seat upgrades believe it or not

Now that the middle class doesn’t generate enough revenue, the upper middle class is the new middle class

Might be time to stop calling it the middle class to be honest and go to a three tiered system of poor, less poor, and obscenely wealthy.

There is nothing more powerful in this world than words.

Middle class is generally misused anyway, and it's definitely got more slots on that scale.  Abject poor, working poor, working class, professional class, entrepreneur class, political class, and plutocrats.
