How many lbs is this? I’m so scared of beginning deadlifts in the gym cus I’m scared my back would just go off😂 I know it’s all down to form but still lol

Good work! I've stopped deadlifting because I feel like it frequently causes lower back pain (skill issue?) but there's nothing quite like picking up a ton of weight off the ground
